3 Months

 Baby Zane is growing like a weed. (Top left is newborn, 1 month, 2 month, and then 3 month). We are loving him every second...even his fussy moments :) 

On Tuesday he broke out with a high fever around 4:00. I thought that was prefect timing, I could run him into the walk in or the Dr before they closed. But then soon remembered it was New Years. So I just gave him Tylenol every 4 hours and kept him cool. The medicine worked wonders. But in the morning he still had a fever. I called right at 8:00 and got an appt. at 9:00. Perfect! I hesitated going but I just wanted to make sure he didn't have an ear infection or anything. After getting an Xray (to check lungs), nose swab, blood test in the arm, and urine sample (with a catheter) they diagnosed him with influenza. The poor little guy. :( The Dr. gave him a prescription to help out.

It has been a few days now and he is doing better. The fever is gone. He does have a cough and runny nose, but we're hoping that leaves soon. It breaks my heart to see him sick. He didn't have much of an appetite but is slowly getting it back.

Can sit in his bumbo

Smiles only when he wants to 

Lately I have been having fun taking pictures of the little guy. It only lasts for a couple minutes at a time though.
