Here is my station. I am usually standing behind that chair everyday. I love where I work.

 Day 23 - Your shoes

There for a few days we were having beautiful warm mornings and I was thoroughly enjoying it.

 Day 24 -  Inside your bathroom cabinet

For Vday, Derek put love notes everywhere, so I am keeping some of them up.

 Day 25 - Green

I wish it was more green. I can not wait until the weather warms up.

I believe those are doll clothes. I am sure my sisters were having fun with their "real life size doll". Or maybe it was my brother?? hehe

February Photo Day Challenge Days 16-20

 Day 16 - Something new

Our neighbor has been gone for a month and she asked if we would like to have the newspaper while she's gone. Boy! I have no idea how people read the much. We were stacked up with a weeks worth of paper. Derek loves reading it, so I just have him tell me the juicy gossip/news.

 Day 17 - Time

We were on our way to Idaho Falls with my family and we stopped at a "brown sign" and acted like tourists. We walked across this super high bridge. The guys decided to spit and see how long it took to reach the water. I believe it was 8 seconds. My brother Jared then decided to use his physics skills and calculate how high up we were. He ended up being only 5 feet off! Smart kid.

 Day 18- Drink

My camera died on the trip :( boo. But this is my cup that I drink out of everyday. It's actually the only cup I use.

Day 19 - Something You Hate to Do

I hate sleeping in stinky hotels. This night we stopped in Boise, and our room smelt like smoke. But we got used to after awhile. I also like sleeping in my bed.

Day 20 - Handwriting

I have never been a fan of my handwriting. I like to admire others.

February Photo Day Challenge Days 11-15

 Day 11 - Makes You Happy

FAMILY! I love my families. They are the best.

 Day 12 - Inside Your Closet

 Day 13- Blue

My straightener! Love this thing. You should see the curly hair this thing has made straight, works miracles.

 Day 14 - Heart

Valentines Day, made heart shaped pancakes. My Mom started this tradition. She loves incorporating food dye for certain holidays.

 Day 15 - Phone

Found this old phone at Goodwill for a few bucks.

February Photo Day Challenge Days 6-10

 Day 6 - Dinner

I just made a salad for me and a pork sandwich for Derek. I slow cooked a pork roast and we ate off it for a few days, made my nights a little stress free!

 Day 7- Button

My heart made out of buttons.

 Day 8 - Sun

Well the sun wasn't out this day, so I made cookies instead. They're shaped liked the sun, right? :)

 Day 9 - Front Door

Still rockin' the Christmas wreath, ho ho ho!

Day 10 - Self Portrait

Blugh, hurry out the door for work today.

DIY Beaded Watch Bands

For Christmas I made my mom a couple of watch bands. She wanted a gold watch face. And for some reason, no one sells gold watch bands on Etsy or on the internet. I searched and searched. So finally, I came across this site and decided I was going to make them myself.

The options are endless!

I actually ordered a couple off Etsy and they were terrible, huge bulky beads. So I tore them apart and used the smaller beads and mixed them with some I found at Craft Warehouse. (The best place for bead shopping). 

I found a couple watch faces from a wholesale site, they were about $5 bucks each, which is a great deal.

Now I just need to make some for me.

February Photo Day Challenge. Days 1-5

 Day 1 - Your View Today

It was such a beautiful sunrise, I couldn't resist. I wish I had an amazing camera that could capture the true image.

 Day 2 - Words

I helped Saige with her homework.

 Day 4 - A Stranger

A stranger indeed!! This happened at 10 am in front of work and I couldn't help but snap a shot. He deserves it. He slapped his lady friend in the face so she went running into at&t and the workers convinced her that she should call the cops. 8 policemen showed up and eventually the man got out of the car with some alcohol, of course (drunk at 10 in the morning, great!). They handcuffed him and took him away. We heard all the juicy details from some at&t workers.

Day 5 - 10 AM

10:00 was when Stake Conf. started, so this is us before. It was a great meeting!

Let it Snow!

 Wednesday, January 18th we got dumped with snow. And then the next day, and the next day. It was crazy! I knew we wouldn't be able to slip through Winter with nothing. Frosty the snowman had to make his visit!

Our back porch was crazy, there was some high drifts.

 Derek worked SO hard shoveling! He shoveled pretty much morning and night for the few days. And even did the neighbors. 

(Like the avalanche on the roof?)

We still just have a few patches of snow here and there, but I think it's time for some warmer weather.

I saw on The House of Smiths blog a few days ago she posted a Photo a Day Challenge for February. And since one of my goals this year is to snap more photos, I figured this was perfect.
